Job Summary

TheĀ AdmissionĀ CoordinatorĀ (AC)Ā is the key position forĀ monitoring throughput inĀ crisis observation programs providing TitleĀ 36Ā services.Ā  The Admission Coordinator is the owner ofĀ the petitioning processĀ whichĀ includesĀ processing, monitoring completeness and timeliness, assisting law enforcement inĀ completing petitions, and servingĀ as telephone liaison with internal and external providers and community agencies. The Admission Coordinator monitors the ongoing internal petition process to ensure an efficient system is in placeĀ to track petitions, capture the necessary information,Ā andĀ generate reports.Ā InĀ addition,Ā the AdmissionĀ Coordinator oversees the transfer of recipients to Level I facilitiesĀ related to Court Ordered Evaluations (COE), and amendments/revocations to Court Ordered Treatment (COT).Ā Ā

Skills/Requirements:Ā 

  • High school diploma or GED required.Ā Ā Bachelor’s DegreeĀ in a field related to Business or Health CareĀ is preferred.Ā 
  • 3 or more yearsĀ of administrative work historyĀ is highly preferred.Ā 
  • 1 or moreĀ one years ofĀ experience inĀ healthcareĀ settingĀ preferred.

  • ValidĀ identification requiredĀ 
  • Notary Public preferredĀ
