Physician - Pediatrician


SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours Per Week
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Weekends


OFFICE HOURS:
- Open 7 Days per Week
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Daily
- Closed Holidays


COMPENSATION: 
- $250,000+ Annual Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience

LOCATION: 
Yuma, Arizona


COMPANY PROFILE: 
This multi-site, multi-specialty private practice has been serving patients in Yuma and the surrounding communities since 2011.  They currently operate 8 offices with a staff of 10+ physicians, 12+ nurse practitioners/physician assistants, and many support team members, serving patients with full-scope primary care and more than 10 specialty and subspecialty areas.  They have an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, x-ray, MRI, walk-in centers, and more.  They are currently hiring due to growth.



POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The new physician will practice within the scope of pediatrics in a private practice setting.

The average number of patients per day varies by site, but is typically 20 to 30 visits, depending upon needs and types of appointments scheduled.

Physicians work with dedicated clinical assistants who room and prep patient visits, as well as assist during the visits.

All work is within the area of general pediatrics in an outpatient environment.  

The practice has extensive resources available in-house to ensure as close to hospital-level care as possible in an outpatient setting, including but not limited to:

- MRI
- CT
- DEXA
- x-ray
- ultrasound
- EKG
- CLIA-certified lab

The practice also has affiliations with local medical centers.

The practice utilizes a proprietary EHR.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Pediatrics
