PYG Therapy is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our growing pediatric home health team. We are looking for clinicians who are dedicated to helping children improve communication, language, feeding, and functional skills while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that home-based care provides.

Compensation

  • Earn betweenĀ $64-$92 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients in the home setting
  • Complete evaluations and assessments to determine individualized treatment needs
  • Develop and implement personalized plans of care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Educate caregivers on strategies that support communication development outside of therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Maintain ongoing communication regarding patient progress, recommendations, and treatment goals
  • Optional opportunities available for supervision and mentorship of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

Schedule Flexibility

Available options include:

  • W-2 employment
  • Independent contractor (1099) opportunities
  • Caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits weekly
  • Opportunities available throughout Arizona

Required Qualifications

Applicants must have:

  • Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Current CPR certification
  • AHCCCS ID
  • Article 9 certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills

Preferred Experience

  • Pediatric therapy experience
  • Home health experience
