Qualifications:
- Licenseor Certification:
- CurrentRNlicensureasperstate regulations.
- CPR certification.
- ACLSwithin1yearof hire.
- Preferred:CRRN certification.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Oneyearofinpatienthospitalexperience (preferred).
- Oneyearofdialysisnursingexperience (preferred).
- Inpatientrehabilitationexperience (preferred).
- Excellentcommunication skills.
- Strongorganizationalandtimemanagement abilities.
- Criticalthinkingandproblem-solving skills.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmakeinformed decisions.
- Flexibleavailabilityforweekdays,weekends,andevening/nightshiftsas needed.
