A Full Time or Part Time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position is available for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Zachary, LA.
The practice specializes in outpatient primary care for adult patients and offers flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with weekends off.
Compensation ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, accompanied by a full benefits package including medical, dental, vacation, and a 401K plan.
Candidates must be Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with an active or eligible Louisiana license and have experience in family medicine or primary care.
New graduates are not eligible for this position.

We are looking to bring on a Full Time or Part Time NP or PA to join our Primary Care Office located in Zachary, Louisiana!

We are a well established Outpatient Primary Care Practice that specializes in treating Adults patients.

Full Time or Part Time Position is Available!

We offer flexibility with our schedule!

Practice Hours are: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Closed on the weekends!

Our Compensation is: $50 - $60 per hour + Full Benefit Package.

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Active (or eligible) Louisiana NP or PA license.

Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care is required.

No New Grads.
