We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic in Woodland, California. This role involves working with an adult population recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, and mobility limitations. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding them through rehabilitation to improve strength, mobility, and overall function. Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and reducing pain
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training activities
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress

Requirements

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience preferred, ideally in an outpatient setting
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
