Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Hospice RN for a 13-week travel / contract position in Zanesville, OH. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate: Range $2088 to $2160 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit:Â Inpatient and HomeÂ
Shifts available: NightsÂ
Schedule: 36Â hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, Mon-Fri with every third weekend. 1 shift/week in inpatient, 2 shifts/week in home setting, No callÂ
Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse: 1+ years - Required
- Hospice Nursing experience: 1 year – Required
- EPIC EMR experience - Required
- Willing to attend Epic remote training for Hospice - RequiredÂ
- Â Willing to work both inpatient/home settings - RequiredÂ
- Must have valid Driver’s License. Reliable Vehicle, and provide proof of Personal Auto Liability Insurance
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN or an equivalent – Required
- BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
- RN License for State applying or Compact if accepted in the state - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA - Required
Job Description:
- Provide Nursing Care for Hospice Patients in both inpatient units and in-home hospice settings.
- Manage assigned caseload of patients assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients
- Provide assessments, care planning, pain management and symptom management and all other aspects of hospice nursing
- Administer Physician-prescribed medication
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of patient documentation and charting in adherence to client policies.
