Pharmcare USA is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Consultant for the Charlotte area!
Job Summary: Â The Nurse Consultant is a qualified, RN who is responsible for assisting in the overall service and compliance of the clinical services provided in accordance with the policies and procedures of PharmcareUSA, state professional standards and all Health Care regulating entity requirements.
Essential Functions: Â
- RN License in good standing with the Board of Nursing.Â
- Knowledge of State, Federal, Local, ACHC, and OSHA rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate clinical programs that will meet the need of the community served.Â
- Complete Licensed Health Professional Support Assessments as required. Â
- Ability to teach, train, and empower staff to implement the clinical service process in the home and/or Institutional setting. Â
- Self-directed with excellent time management skills and able to work independently
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.
- Ability to get to the job site punctually.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but may serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Â

Job Specifications: Â
- See State Board of Nursing Rules and Regulations; also all Pharmacy regulations that apply.
- In all activities will comply with accreditation, legal, regulatory and safety requirements.
Physical Demands:Â
- Must be able to travel to locations; may require occasional weekend and/or evening work
- Must be able to constantly use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers and fax machines regularly.Â
- Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate effectively over the phone and in person;
- Must be able to see 100% of the time to recognize medications, detect inaccuracies, and observe the work of others;
- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping;
- Must be able to lift and/or transport materials as needed.Â
- Must be able to tolerate normal facility/office environment and exposure to various medications
