POSITION OVERVIEW

The Cybersecurity Manager II is a specialist responsible for managing all CS engineering activities for any assigned program.

This position is located onsite in Zeeland, MI working in an office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver aligned Cybersecurity plans & progress for GENTEX projects, which is accomplished by:
    • Identifying, planning & scheduling all Cybersecurity tasks for existing and new programs.
    • Aligning and documenting the strategy on how planned Cybersecurity activities will be executed.
    • Defining and tracking valuable Cybersecurity & KPIs for assigned programs.
    • Perform proactive communication, interpretation, documentation & delegation, which is accomplished by:
    • Identifying and managing program stakeholders for the planned Cybersecurity activities.
    • Delegating the planned activities to other team members
    • Other duties as assigned.

  • Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
     

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
  • Comprehension of TIER 1 and OEM CS -relevant processes and standards.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.


WHAT WILL HELP

  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO21434, ISO27001).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
