2nd Shift Production Team Member

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm (plus OT)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform production and assembly tasks safely and efficiently
• Rotate between workstations and learn multiple production processes
• Follow quality standards and work instructions
• Work with teammates to meet production goals
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

• 2+ consecutive years of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or related industrial experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Commitment to safety and quality
