Description
This position is responsible for providing coordination and administrative support for our Multi-Site group. This includes scheduling, tracking, preparing purchase requisitions to secure materials, facilitating between various departments within ASCC, and communicating professionally with customers. The coordinator will be responsible for handling customer calls requesting installation and repair and scheduling and dispatching of field personnel as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
路Demonstrated computer proficiency using spreadsheets, specifically Microsoft Excel.
路Demonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
路Demonstrated computer proficiency building / maintaining databases, specifically ACT & Access.
路Demonstrated computer experience with the internet.
路Excellent verbal skills with demonstrated experience of professional telephone communication.
路Experience with technical applications and technology usage.
路Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated experience writing & developing usage policies, contracts and job quotes.
路Experience and ability to maintain & nurture existing customer relationships.
路Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
路Able to perform various secretarial, clerical and security duties.
路Proven organizational and planning skills.
路Must be dependable
路Must be able to work independently and be self sufficient
路Ability to get along with others in a team environment.
