Your Impact as Senior Accountant

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Strategy, you will be the cornerstone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful financial reporting that drives business decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position at our World Headquarters in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping & accounting using our Great Plains Accounting Software.
  • Assistin theselectionand implementation of a newfinancial and accounting ERP
  • Perform daily revenue reconciliation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle all aspects of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
  • Create and post journal entries, month-end accruals, and cash reconciliations.
  • Produce comprehensive financial statements andsupportingschedules.
  • Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations with exacting standards.
  • Develop financial reports through our Accounting Software.
  • Create reports from our CRM Salesforce.
  • Conduct monthly & quarterly reviews on ratios and other mutually developed metrics.

Operational & Compliance Excellence

  • Complete multiple bank reconciliations and oversee cash management.
  • Handle all state & federal tax reporting and payments.
  • Work collaboratively with external tax accountants.
  • Manage fixed assets andmaintaindetailed records.
  • Perform inter-company balancing and reconciliation.
  • Assistwith payroll processing and administration.
  • Complete special projects and impromptu reporting as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance(higher degreesa plus).
  • 5 years' experience with a full double entry bookkeeping system or fully integrated ERP.
  • Hands-on experience in full double entry bookkeeping.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Proficiencywith Great Plains Accounting Softwarestronglypreferred.
  • Demonstratedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables.
  • Experience withSalesforcea plus.
  • Experience developing data andreporting tomanagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage with executives, teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Initiative to learn quickly and solve problems effectively.
