What will you be doing?

• Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.
• Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
• When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Represent Wesley Chapel Toyota’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.

We are seeking candidates with

• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
• Toyota brand experience, a plus!
• Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
• An understanding of the mechanical and technical  
• Computer proficiency. Experience with CDK a plus!
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player
• Polished and professional
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
