Key Responsibilities

As a member of our Saginaw custodial staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene across commercial facilities. Primary daily tasks include:

Performing thorough sanitation of office spaces, reception areas, breakrooms, and restrooms.
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming hard floors, walkways, and carpeted sections.
Disposing of daily waste and recyclables, replacing trash liners, and maintaining cleanliness in disposal zones.
Dusting horizontal surfaces, desks, counters, ledges, and decorative fixtures.
Disinfecting frequent touchpoints such as door handles, light switches, keypads, and shared equipment.
Monitoring janitorial supplies and notifying leadership when reorders are required.
Following all established safety guidelines, chemical safety rules, and facility security procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

High level of attention to detail and a dedication to quality workmanship.
Strong record of punctuality, dependability, and self-motivation to complete tasks independently.
Physical capacity to walk, bend, reach, kneel, and lift up to 35 lbs during assigned shifts.
Reliable personal transportation to travel to the Saginaw job site.
Consent to complete standard background screening requirements.
