This well-established healthcare facility near Zuni, New Mexico, is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Case Management to join their organization.  

  • Pay Range: $51.21 - $75.79  

Director of Case Management Opportunity:  

  • Full-time, permanent position  
  • Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7 AM – 5 PM  
  • Great benefits, including health/vision/dental coverage 
  • The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care  

Director of Case Management Qualifications:  

  • The Director of Case Management must hold a New Mexico RN or SW license   
  • Associate of Science Degree, BSN strongly preferred  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in care management in an acute care hospital and/or managed care setting required
