This well-established healthcare facility near Zuni, New Mexico, is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Med Surg to join their organization.

Director of Med Surg Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent position
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7 AM – 5 PM
Great benefits, including health/vision/dental coverage, for the selected Director of Med Surg
Develops, monitors, and always maintains a minimum of two performance improvement projects

Director of Med Surg Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or actively progressing towards a BSN or related field preferred
Minimum of three (5) years of nursing experience required
Required two (2) years of clinical and leadership experience preferred
Current RN license of New Mexico or an acceptable compact state RN licensures
Present verification in Basic Life Support
The Director of Med Surg must complete ACLS certification within three (3) months of hire
Must complete PALS within six (6) months of hire
