Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Training Activities: Align training activities with client requirements.

• Process Training Bookings: Ensure all bookings adhere to departmental policies and standards.

• Manage Course Status: Inform suppliers of cancellations promptly to avoid charges.

• Secure Training Solutions: Contact suppliers to arrange training for clients.

• Raise Purchase Orders: Handle the financial aspects of training arrangements.

• Update Learning Management Systems: Maintain accurate training records.

• Generate Joining Instructions: Provide clear instructions to delegates.

• Monitor Training Progress: Ensure compliance and track progress.

• Calculate Event Costs: Follow processes to manage event costs.

• Arrange Accommodation: Organize accommodation when necessary.

• Adhere to Processes: Follow departmental and client-specific processes.

• Maintain Accurate Data: Ensure data integrity within systems.

• Meet KPIs: Achieve key performance indicators.
