BrewDog Aberdeen Union Square are on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to help lead the team, support the General Manager and deliver an incredible experience for every guest. As Assistant Manager, youll set the tone on shift, run great service, support training and development, and help drive the venue forward every day.

What Youll Be Doing

Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations and taking the lead on shift when required.
Delivering outstanding service and leading by example across bar, floor and kitchen teams.
Training, coaching and developing crew so everyone can grow, learn and perform at their best.
Helping manage stock, labour planning, costs and overall venue performance.
Ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness and guest experience during every shift.
Building a positive, motivated and supportive team culture where everyone feels valued and engaged.


About You

Youll already have experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, and youll be confident running busy shifts while keeping the team motivated and the operation smooth.

Youll bring:
