Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project progression
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet build targets
- Uphold NHBC standards and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Conduct scaffold inspections and maintain accurate site records
- Enforce health and safety protocols and lead toolbox talks
- Report progress to senior management and resolve on-site issues proactively
