Your Role
As our Multimodal Freight Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods across air, sea, and road freight. From coordinating shipments to managing documentation, you'll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end freight operations across all transport modes.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and overseas agents to coordinate shipments efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Proactively resolve logistical challenges with practical, solutions-driven thinking.
What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years' experience with a UK-based freight forwarder (air, sea, or road).
