Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming hire requests and provide accurate quotations and availability.
- Schedule equipment delivery, collection, and servicing in coordination with logistics and workshop teams.
- Maintain accurate hire records and manage contracts using hire management software.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Monitor fleet status and availability, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and compliant.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hire coordination.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hire management software is an advantage.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
