Storekeeper / Yard Operative
Location: Portlethen
Salary: 13.00 - 15.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Shifts: Monday - Thursday 7am till 3.30pm and Friday 7am till 2.30pm
We are currently looking for a Storekeeper / Yard Operative to join our busy site on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2 FLT experience (B3 preferred) who's comfortable working in both yard and warehouse environments.
This is a hands-on role where flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential. Training and support will be provided to help the right candidate grow their skills across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support in the yard - this is the primary area of work
- Assist with stores and general warehouse duties
- Load and unload deliveries
- Organise and maintain stock levels and site tidiness
- Follow all health and safety procedures on-site
Requirements:
- B2 Forklift Truck (FLT) license - essential
- B3 FLT license - highly desirable (training available if needed)
- Previous experience in a yard or warehouse environment
- Physically fit and able to work in a busy outdoor setting
- Good team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
