The Role:

We`re looking for a new People Business Partner to join our People Team on a 12-month FTC.In this role, you will have the opportunity support as a change agent and a strategic partner to the Retail Operations team. You should be confident and comfortable working at an operational level to deliver the people plan.You must be people focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in this role, and experience of nurturing a collaborative relationship with the operations team will be key to your success.Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here`s a taste of what you`ll be doing day-to-day:- Business partner the Head of Retail and Divisional Managers to support operational excellence. - Partner with business leaders and execute long and short-term people strategies that directly support and enable business objectives and the delivery of the wider business strategy.- Create an inclusive work environment in line with our culture.- Champion the ED&I agenda across your business area- Provide coaching to the operations team for initiatives and plans related to succession planning, career path development and performance management. - Be a champion for organisational change and manage change initiatives with minimal operational risk to the business.- Provide coaching guidance and support to management across a range of ER issues managing any complex cases to mitigate risk to the business.- Coach, upskill and guideline managers to deal with their own people issues.- Drive employee engagement on site, identifying any specific site issues and come up with creative solutions.- Analyse people data to identify trends that can drive positive organisational culture.- This list is not extensive, and you will be expected to fulfil additional responsibilities as per business requirements.

The Person:
