What you'll be doing:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager based in Aberystwyth.
- Overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Managing office supplies, liaising with vendors, maintaining office records, and supporting staff with various tasks.
- Handling communication, scheduling, and organisational duties to ensure efficiency and productivity.
What you'll bring:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office software
- Experience in managing administrative tasks and coordinating office activities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Experience in vendor management and maintaining office supplies
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role is preferred
