Production Technician x2

Selexa Consulting are partnered with an innovative tech client based in Oxfordto support the next phase of growth through a particularly busy and exciting period for the business, following a recent investment round.

With investment and expansion of onsite manufacturing & production, our client are looking for 2 experienced Technicians to join the Ops team.

As a Technician, you will be responsible for build and test of a range of electromechanical assemblies.

You will:

  • Build and test complex sub-assemblies and assemble the systems to client specification
  • Identify issues and areas of improvement within manufacturing
  • Assist manufacturing in maintaining and improving processes and manufacturing quality
  • Support the NPI Manager in delivering on time product to the end client
  • Kitting of assemblies to the BOM when required
  • Support the Health and Safety strategy across the business

Qualifications & Experience:

  • HNC/HND/Degree, or electromechanical qualifications
  • Experience of building and testing high complexity systems
  • Experience of wiring/soldering to IPC standards
  • Previous experience working within engineering team that has released product to manufacturing
  • 2-5 years practical experience in a high dexterity manufacturing role
