This company are specialists in the supply, install and maintenance of sporting equipment, from standard gyms to professional sporting and Olympic clients. Due to continued growth they are looking for a supervisor to join the team, with the aim of progressing into a management position in future.
On offer is a succession planning role with great earning potential, where you will travel across the UK with stays away from Monday - Friday (overtime available on weekends as well). You will supervise a small team to carry out installation and servicing projects on specialist sports equipment, while also being hands on.
This role would suit someone who has experience using hand tools and some level of supervisory / team leadership experience. You must also be flexible / willing to stay away Monday - Friday at the company's expense.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday, optional weekend overtime
- Field based across the UK (stays away M-F)
- Supervising a team to carry out installs and servicing
- Hands on
The Person:
- Experience being hands on / using hand tools
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Full UK Driver's license
- Willing to stay away Monday - Friday
