Description

  • Manage the full NPD gate process ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date and all customer dates are achieved including Chair the Weekly NPD meeting.
  • Understand Factory Process and Recipe management in order to scope out potential savings
  • Support Engineering on capex with process support for product development as required
  • Benchmarking of competitor products and internal tasting sessions and Buy Back sessions
  • Manage costings for all NPD & EPD
  • Present at customer NPD sessions
  • Work cross departmentally to deliver briefs in a timely manner, i.e supporting Technical with relevant paperwork, HACCP etc.
  • New packaging sign off / approval to include inner and outer packaging requirements
  • Documentation of all relevant information in an organised manner

Profile

  • 3-5 years NPD/Process experience within a food manufacturing environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated and achievement orientated
  • Value driven
  • Consumer, customer and industry awareness
  • Excellent organisational, project management and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentational skills with the ability to influence across a number of levels
  • A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
