Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced GP Receptionist to join their team in the Accrington area.

GP Receptionist
Location: Accrington
Hourly Rate: 16.18 p.h - Salary TBC
Contract: 2 month Locum Contract - with view to permanent placement.
Shift Hours:Flexible between the hours of 8am-6pm
System:EMIS

Full time or Part time considered


Job summary

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer care skills to work within our Reception and Administration Team. You will be responsible for working within a busy department, answering telephones and working together as a team to help patients, support the doctors and extended multidisciplinary team. You would be expected to work over our main site and branch surgery.

About the Client

The practice benefits from a well-structured management team which is led by the Practice Operations and Strategic Manager. We are a training Practice and work closely with theirPrimary Care Network (PCN).

They have daily huddles, which is an informal opportunity to meet with the team and discuss the day ahead and is much valued by the team. Theyhave regular practice meetings, with a structured meeting rota including whole staff meetings, clinical meetings, safeguarding meeting and protected time for training.
