Our client is known for their supportive culture and commitment to delivering high standards of service to their clients and partners.About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our client’s Quality Assurance team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that new business processes are compliant, accurate, and efficient.You’ll be supporting advisers and internal departments by checking documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with data accuracy — all key elements in delivering a first-class client experience.Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance checking and processing of new business submissions
  • Supporting internal teams and advisers with queries related to documentation and provider correspondence
  • Maintaining electronic records and updating databases accurately
  • Assisting in the production of reports and management information
  • Providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Executive
  • Participating in ongoing training and development
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • A proactive and positive approach with a “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload and stay calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or financial services admin role is desirable
  • Competent IT and numeracy skills
