About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Dental Nurse ready to take the next step or an experienced Lead Nurse seeking a fresh challenge. As Lead Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our clinical areas, supporting the clinical team, and maintaining high standards of patient care and cross-infection control.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified and GDC registered Dental Nurse (essential)
  • Previous experience in a Lead Nurse or Senior Nurse role (preferred)
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the nursing team and clinical areas
  • Implementing and maintaining infection control standards
  • Supporting the team with training and development
  • Managing stock and equipment
