Position: Full-Time Lead Dental Nurse
Location: Alcester
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Dental Nurse ready to take the next step or an experienced Lead Nurse seeking a fresh challenge. As Lead Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our clinical areas, supporting the clinical team, and maintaining high standards of patient care and cross-infection control.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified and GDC registered Dental Nurse (essential)
- Previous experience in a Lead Nurse or Senior Nurse role (preferred)
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the nursing team and clinical areas
- Implementing and maintaining infection control standards
- Supporting the team with training and development
- Managing stock and equipment
- Assisting dentists and specialists chairside when needed
