My client, who are part of a small group of unique and individual family run hotels, a Country Club, and luxurious Spa, is currently looking for an experiencedFood & Beverage Managerto work at its historic seaside hotel.
The Hotelis situated close to the beach front in Suffolk and offers peace and relaxation in stylish and cosseting surrounding. The vibrant setting of their Bar & Brasserie lends itself perfectly to morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and all-day Sunday lunches whilst their Indian Restaurant offers a unique dining experience combining fresh local produce with exotic herbs and spices.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in managing and supporting a team, an excellent ability to deliver high standards of service, and be well-organised and proficient at running all aspects of a Food & Beverage department. You will have a minimum of three years' previous experience in a similar role ideally within a hotel.
Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year
