- Manage rotas to meet business needs while supporting team wellbeing
- Handle customer requests, feedback, and escalations promptly and professionally
- Ensure consistent quality control across food, drink, and service
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate the guest experience
- Manage comps responsibly, ensuring correct controls are followed
- Build a learning culture where achievements are recognised and celebrated
- Ensure all new starters complete a structured induction programme
- Provide regular feedback, appraisals, and performance management in line with company standards
- Support HR matters professionally and confidentially when required
- Experienced at Assistant General Manager level within a busy hospitality business
- Committed and accountable, taking ownership and showing initiative in everything you do
