What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a talented team to smash revenue, retention, and upsell goals.
- Streamline processes and make service slicker, faster, and more profitable.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to maximise opportunities.
- Keep the team fully compliant with HMRC rules while staying commercially sharp.
- Turn data into strategy, presenting insights that shape decisions at the top table.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years leading teams in accountancy or financial services.
- Confident, commercially minded, and results-driven.
- Deep understanding of UK accountancy practices and legislation.
- Brilliant communicator who can influence and inspire.
- Organised, efficient, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
Nice to have:
- AAT, ACCA, ACA, or similar qualification.
- Project management know-how.
