We’re currently working with a fantastic nursery setting in Aldershot that’s looking to welcome a caring, committed, and enthusiastic Early Years Educator—whether you’re just starting out or already qualified.

The Nursery cares for children aged 0–4 years and prides itself on creating a warm, nurturing, and fun learning environment. The team is passionate about giving every child the best start in life—and they’re looking for someone who shares that vision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting a welcoming, safe and stimulating environment for little ones
Building strong, caring relationships with children and their families
Taking on keyworker responsibilities and supporting children’s individual development
Working with an experienced and friendly team to keep standards high
Planning fun and engaging activities around the children’s interests
Observing, recording and sharing children’s progress with parents and carers

Could this be you?

Experience in an Early Years setting (essential)
Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (preferred, but we’d still love to hear from you if you’re unqualified but passionate!)
A team player with great communication skills
A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine love for working with children
