Vacancy: SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Aldershot, GU11
Salary: OTE: £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Immediate Vacancy: This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a leading local Estate Agents based in the Aldershot area.
You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling and / or lettings residential property.
The right candidate will be well-presented, articulate, persuasive, not be afraid of hard work and have the drive and determination to be someone who is successful!
In addition, you will be passionate about the property industry and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be exceptionally well rewarded on your skill and ability.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent local reputation and who are part of one of the largest Estate Agency networks.
Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous residential sales and / or lettings experience essential
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Aldershot area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- A desire to succeed!
