Are you an aspiring Process Engineer with a BTEC/NVW/HNC related to Engineering looking to kick-start a career within a specialist manufacturing company who will develop you to become a technical expert in Injection Moulding?

Do you want to work for a business that will invest in your development through external training, learning the ins-and-outs of specialist machinery, design and toolmaking?

In this role you will be trained and developed to become a Process Engineer. Working on highly specialised, new, high-tech machines - you'll become the go-to expert in the optimisation of this machinery. This will involve external training abroad, as well as learning the ins and outs of routine service and maintenance from senior members of staff.

This company have a long history of making bespoke and custom solutions for the Aerospace, Automotive, Energy and Pharmaceutical sectors. They pride themselves on carving out a profitable niche with multiple decade-old relationship with customers and are looking to train up the next generation of Electrical Maintenance Engineers.

This role would suit an aspiring Process Engineer with a BTEC/NVQ/HNC or passion or hobbies in Engineering looking for a hands-on, technical position where you'll be trained to become a technical expert.

The Role:

  • Full training on service, maintenance, operation and improvement of specialist manufacturing machinery
  • Training courses by manufacturers in Europe
  • Progression opportunities into different specialisms
  • Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, Day shift

  • Aspiring Process/Improvement Engineer
