Sous Chef - Join a Top Hospitality Team at Loch Lomond!
Salary: 40,000 - 42,000 + monthly tips (200-300)
Hours: Annualised hours (5 days out of 7), January shutdown, week off at Christmas
About the Role:
We're working with a fantastic hospitality venue at Loch Lomond that's looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join their busy kitchen team. You'll be cooking great food to at least 2 AA Rosette standard and running your own section of the kitchen. You'll also help with menu planning, stock control, and training the team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Cooking food to a high standard (minimum 2 AA Rosette level)
- Managing your kitchen section, including stock and supplies
- Training new team members and making sure everyone follows safety rules
- Helping with menu ideas and keeping track of inventory
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver great food every day
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience supervising or managing a small to medium kitchen team
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, plus Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH rules
- Friendly, hardworking, and passionate about great food
- Able to stay calm and organised in a busy kitchen
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving licence
