Job Description:

The scheduler will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure that machinery, equipment, and facilities are kept in optimal working condition. Working to various customer contracts, the Scheduler will triage all calls and assess the need to send mobile resource to then plan the job in efficiently, optimising efficient routes.

40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.

Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, impact on operations, and resource availability.

Triage and appropriately manage acceptances on portals.

Ensure that all work orders are completed on time based on customer SLA and KPIs.

Monitor the progress of maintenance activities and adjust schedules as necessary.

To assist the line manager with departmental responsibilities.

To assist with management of customer portal accounts.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential

Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience.

Enthusiastic and a good team player.

Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail.

Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good customer service skills.

Office Based.
