About Our Client:Our client is a leading supplier in the Railway Industry, renowned for their adaptability to the needs of manufacturers and operators.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technical needs
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals for repairs and new materials
  • Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for faulty components
  • Conduct on-site or workshop repairs to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with logistics for timely delivery of parts
  • Travel to client sites across the UK to deliver materials and provide technical support

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems
  • Hands-on experience with assembly, fitting, and repairs
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in the railway or transport sector
