Job Title: Technical After Sales Support
Location: DE55, Riddings, Alfreton
Contract Details: Long Term Temp with potential to go perm
Salary: 14.50-15.50 an hour
About Our Client:
Our client is a leading supplier in the Railway Industry, renowned for their adaptability to the needs of manufacturers and operators.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technical needs
- Prepare and present commercial proposals for repairs and new materials
- Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for faulty components
- Conduct on-site or workshop repairs to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with logistics for timely delivery of parts
- Travel to client sites across the UK to deliver materials and provide technical support
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems
- Hands-on experience with assembly, fitting, and repairs
- Excellent communication and commercial skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in the railway or transport sector
