The Role
As a Production Planner, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of our products through efficient production planning and coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and acting on MRP recommendations to release Production Orders for timely delivery
- Collaborating with Production teams to schedule and plan capacity
- Managing daily order workflows and ensuring timely shipping and invoicing
- Liaising with Sales to communicate any stock or delivery issues
- Developing and maintaining all documentation related to planning processes
- Supporting the continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes
- Working with data from Sales Orders and BOMs to facilitate effective production scheduling
About You
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain or production planning (preferably in manufacturing)
- A strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics and Excel
- A tenacious, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
