Description
- Provide leadership, support and mentoring to a small Finance team
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed management reports to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive financial accountability across the business.
- Lead financial projects and initiatives to enhance business performance.
Profile
The Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA. or QBE
- Extensive experience in accounting and finance within Manufacturing / FMCG
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
