Description
Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Assist with the process of payments and transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
- Assisting with credit control and chasing outstanding payments (when required)
- Prepare and process employee expenses
- Handling customer and supplier queries
- Maintaining financial records
- Processing incoming payments
- Adhoc duties that may be required
Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant position
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication
- Able to commute to our client's office in Alfreton
