2025 has been exciting year for this organisation. Having recently recruiter a new director of estates they have a number of exciting projects linked to being net zero and modernising the entire building.
In this role you will work a days based shift Monday to Friday carrying out electrical maintenance of a modern building. You will worked with a highly motivated team of electricians who are all keen to learn and develop their skills. This role is seen as a senior position where you will lead the team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical maintenance within a building and hold an electrical qualification. Candidates who hold the city and guilds 2391, 18th edition and have a NVQ level 3 qualification are encouraged to apply.

The role
*35 hours a week
*Monday to Friday
*07:30-16:00
*Electrical maintenance of a Modern building.
*On call rota- 1 week in 5 (rarely needed)
*Senior role.
The person
*Candidates would need to have a strong background in electrical maintenance of building.
*Candidates need to hold the 18th edition and City and guilds 2391
*Have experience with PPM Software and CAFM systems
*Candidates need to have an NVQ level 3 qualification
*Candidates will ideally be JIB gold card registered or be willing to become registered
