Location: Hampshire
Salary: 30-40,000 (dependant on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join a well-established, RIBA-chartered architectural practice based in Hampshire. This thriving studio works across a broad range of sectors and project sizes, including hospitality, healthcare, education and residential schemes. The practice prides itself on delivering high-quality, client-focused design solutions, resulting in a strong pipeline of repeat work and long-standing client relationships.
The successful Architectural Technician will have solid post-qualification experience and strong technical ability. Experience working on healthcare and residential projects would be beneficial, and proficiency in Revit is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
* UK-based post-qualification experience
* Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
* Working knowledge of CIAT standards
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations
* Experience within the care sector is advantageous
* Positive, proactive and solution-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Client-facing experience delivering tailored design solutions
* Experience coordinating with contractors and undertaking site visits
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
