Administrator

Location: Appletree Court, Lyndhurst

Rate: £14.03 – £15.65 per hour

Contract: 6 months

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support our Gas and Electrical Manager in ensuring statutory compliance across our housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor statutory compliance checks, including gas safety, electrical, fire safety, legionella, lifts, HVAC, and fire suppression.
  • Assist the Gas and Electrical Manager in meeting statutory obligations while maintaining positive relationships with residents.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and update internal systems with all tenant communications.
  • Support the Council’s compliance with Awaab’s Law, ensuring clear communication with residents regarding priority repairs and the Housing Health and Safety Rating System.
  • Log all tenant interactions, access attempts, and compliance notes accurately through the Locata process.
  • Identify and support vulnerable tenants by liaising with appropriate agencies to help them sustain their tenancies.
  • Use M365 systems, including Planner, to manage workloads and track progress.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and contractors.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Interview Details:

Interviews will take place during the week commencing 13th October and will last approximately 20–30 minutes.
