My Local Authority Client in Hampshire is looking to source an experienced DM Principal Planning Officer to join their Planning Department.
 
The Role:
In this role, you will work on a range of applications, paying attention to detail in the decision making with expertise in managing and communicating well with agents.
Ideally, but not essentially, you will have worked on major development master planning.
There is no sign off needed in this role.
 
Ideally, you will be required to attend the office 2 days per week.
