Day-to-day of the role:- Assemble products according to client specifications and operate production equipment.
- Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage inventory, track materials, and handle shipping preparations.
- Address and report any production issues or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain workplace safety and tidiness.
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
