The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the team and is dedicated to the overall co-ordination of the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will take ownership of facilitating all recruitment activity across a team of 5+ team members, working closely with relevant stakeholders, the account team, and the Delivery Manager for successful recruitment for the client and meeting the overall business strategy.

  • Manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment activity for the account; distributing roles, managing SLA's, coverage and ensuring tasks are picked up in a timely manner.
  • Leading daily scrum meetings to monitor roles, driving the team against SLA's and providing regular wider business updates.
  • Responsible for guiding the team through the day-to-day workload, ensuring you develop and mentor each individual and conduct regular Development sessions.
  • Leading monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
  • Managing and driving data integrity, quality and managing all recruitment activity via our internal CRM system.
  • Various Adhoc reporting tasks.
  • Closely monitoring SLA's and coverage, ensuring that areas of concern are addressed with speed
  • Champion the organisations vision and values through leading by example in operational excellence, professional behaviour and high standards of work
  • Training an upskilling members of the team.
  • Driving redeployment.
