Your role:
-
Take charge of the design and delivery of commercial and mixed-use projects from concept to completion

Oversee the production of planning, tender, and construction packages using ArchiCAD
-
Coordinate with consultants and contractors across all project phases

Represent the studio in client meetings and on-site, ensuring design quality and clarity of communication

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture
Requirements:
-
ARB-registered architect with substantial post-Part III experience in senior or job-running roles

Strong design leadership with proven technical ability and meticulous attention to detail

Proficiency in ArchiCAD and experience delivering projects in the UK

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead coordination efforts

Deep understanding of UK planning policy and building regulations
